I never had this insurance.I have insurance through my job... Unbeknownst to me I was signed up with out my knowledge. Now the IRS is holding my check I have been trying to show the IRS I didn't have this insurance. It is now June and I have been dealing with this situation since February 2024.Everyone on the phone tells me something different. No one at this company can speak clear English.Stay away from this company they are rude and the customer service is Piss poor!!

They harassed have called me over 25 times in a 3 day span and I am a minor. I reported them because they are frauds and liars.

they changed my plan without contacting me. I'm thinking I have coverage just to find out I don't. now I find myself going through another application and a million questions just to accidentally get disconnected with the agent who clearly have my number but don't call back to finish the NEW! enrollment. market place really sucks!
