Very very negative experience. The other reviewer is correct with the “delusional” assessment.

Very negative review. Represented a commercial property with no water source. In an email, the Principal threatened to "meet me in the parking lot and see who walks away.." As the buyer, I and my team unilaterally resolved the water issue without any help, guidance or assistance in any form from Frontline, and closed on the property after months of hard work. Within 1 week of closing, Frontline announced successful closing, citing; "Along with the Buyer we were able to work with the City of Crystal Lake to address multiple issues including finding a water source for the property." I think the Principal lives in a delusional world of self significance.
